According to Canadian Immigration Law, only licensed immigration consultant is allowed to provide legal advice to clients and handle immigration cases. The founder and President of CIIS, Jo Chong Chow, is a licensed immigration consultant who registered in Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). This license provide a guarantee to clients both financially and professionally.
