Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Immigration Program

 

Application Requirements


1.      Family net worth: 500,000 Canadian dollars (including real estate, deposits, financial management and company assets, etc.)

2.      Business management experience: 3 years (in the past 10 years)

3.      If you invest in Regina or Saskatoon, the low investment is 300,000 Canadian dollars; if you invest in other parts of Saskatchewan, the minimum investment is 200,000 Canadian dollars;

4.      The applicant has at least one third of the equity or at least made an investment equivalent to 1 million Canadian dollars in the enterprise;

5.      If a new business is established in Regina or Saskatoon, at least two jobs must be created for Canadian citizens or permanent residents (non-relatives) of Saskatchewan;

6.      Applicants need to actively participate in the daily management of the company

Application Requirements

2.      Have at least a high school or classmate degree;

3.      Business management experience: 2 years (in the past 5 years)

4.      English CLB 4 points (ie IELTS 4 points)

5.      The minimum investment is only 600,000 Canadian dollars (within the Greater Toronto Area) or 200,000 Canadian dollars (outside the Greater Toronto Area)

Application Requirements


1.      Family net worth: 500,000 Canadian dollars (including real estate, deposits, financial management and company assets, etc.)

3.      English CLB 5 (equivalent to IELTS 5)

4.      Minimum high school diploma

5.      If you invest in Winnipeg or other major cities and towns, the minimum investment amount is CAD 250,000; if you invest in other parts of Manitoba, the minimum investment amount is CAD 150,000;

6.      It is selected through the selection of the EOI system.

 

Program Highlights  


1.      The project is in a transitional period, and the Immigration Department does not announce the candidates' scores for the time being. This opacity increases the chances of being selected.

5.      The minimum investment is only 200,000 Canadian dollars (within Metro Vancouver) or 100,000 Canadian dollars (outside Metro Vancouver)

Application Requirements


1.      Between 21-59 years old;

2.      CLB 5 in English or French (equivalent to 5 points in IELTS listening, speaking and writing, 4 in reading)

3.      Have a minimum high school diploma or above

4.      Family net assets of at least CAD 500,000 disposable funds

5.      3 years of business experience in the past 5 years or 3 years of senior management experience in the past 5 years

6.      Must conduct a business visit to New Zealand for at least 5 working days in the past 12 months

7.      Must live in New Zealand for a long time, own and manage a local business

8.      Invest a minimum of 150,000 Canadian dollars to establish a business in New Zealand

Start-up Visa Immigration Program

 

Application Requirements


1.      Have a qualifying business. A qualifying business means:

1)      When you get a commitment from a government designated organization (designated organization):

·         Each applicant holds 10% or more of the equity (voting rights) (up to 5 people can apply to become shareholders), and

·         The applicant and the government designated agency jointly hold more than 50% of the equity (voting rights).

  2) When you receive permanent residence status:

·         You actively and continuously participate in the management of the business in China

·         Is an integral part of the business in Canada

·         The business is registered in Canada

2. Get a letter of support from a designated organization.

Designated institutions are the drummers approved by the government to invest in or support entrepreneurial immigration projects, including the venture capital fund (the venture capital fund), angel investor group, or business incubator (business incubator)

3. Meet the language requirements. Reach CLB 5 in English or French. If you provide IELTS, you will get 5 points for listening, speaking and writing and 4 points for reading.

Self-Employed Immigration Program

 

Application Requirements

 

To immigrate as a self-employed person, you must:

                   


 Relevant experience

Your experience is relevant if you have:

  • taken part in cultural      activities or athletics at a world-class level or

  • been a self-employed person in      cultural activities or athletics

                     

At a minimum, your experience must be:

  • for cultural activities:

    1. 2 one-year periods being       self-employed in cultural activities, or

    2. 2 one-year periods       participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or

    3. a combination of a one-year       period described in (a), and a one-year period described in (b)


  • for athletics:

    1. 2 one-year periods being       self-employed in athletics, or

    2. 2 one-year periods       participating at a world class level in athletics, or

    3. a combination of a one-year       period described in (a) above, and a one-year period described in (b)       above

                    

Selection criteria (minimum score of 35 out of 100 required)

We assess you on selection criteria that include your:

  • experience      (35 points)

  • education      (25 points)

  • age      (10 points)

  • language      abilities (24 points)

  • adaptability      (6 point)
